When we talk about businesses, I mean these times of uncertainty until we get a global vaccine rollout, how will businesses be able to thrive and to be able to survive within these current circumstances? I mean, for a while until we do reach that immunity, it’s going to be even out of lockdown. It’s going to be the way of our life. But how do businesses actually survive this?

Yeah, look, I think, you know, flexibility and adaptability is something particularly smaller business owners, you know, have known all of their lives. So they’re very resilient, and trying to determine where is the demand?
So first of all, it’s maintaining some calmness, staying very close to your customers and understanding how you can continue to meet the needs of your customers. Are there other things you could do for your customers? And of course, increasingly, being more and more digital in the way you go about doing things
You know, we can’t assume anywhere in the world that this thing is over this type of thing now could last for years, we could have ongoing pandemics. So there’s a bunch of things that are already done in the last 12 months and if we haven’t, you haven’t done them yet, you need to be doing them.
